This 700 acre, 45-hole championship golf complex, residential community and destination resort is internationally recognized. Thompson Golf Planning provided master planning and golf course routing, and construction documents for the total project. The first phase included 300 residential lots as part of the golf community, with an 18-hole, user friendly, tournament course, practice range, practice greens and a putting course. The first 18-holes opened in October 1995. Planning for the second 27-holes was completed and construction begun in 2000, with a scheduled opening in 2001.
